Pain in the Shoulder Joint

The most common complaints of patient with diseases of shoulder joint is pain. This pain is usually worsened with activity, especially with overhead activities. These patients may also complain of weakness or stiffness of the shoulder joint. Occasionally, patient may complain of cracking, snapping, or popping of the shoulder.

And patients who have instability may complain of loosening of the shoulder or the shoulder popping out. Patients also have nighttime discomfort and pain. Occasionally, patient may present with pain along the back of the shoulder blade or tingling and numbness and pain radiating down their extremity.
